Single supplement rate of R300.00 B&B, per child.
INDIVIDUAL BOOKING POLICY
50% deposit is required 30 days prior to arrival

GROUP BOOKING POLICY
5 or more rooms booked:
50% deposit is required 60 days prior to arrival
Full pre-payment is required 30 days prior to arrival
10 or more rooms booked:
25% payable 2 weeks after booking has been made
50% deposit is required 60 days prior to arrival
Full pre-payment is required 30 days prior to arrival
To confirm a booking, full pre-payment must be made to
· secure the reservation. Reservations will automatically be
· cancelled if payment is not received within the specified period. |
CANCELLATION POLICY
25% if cancelled 30 - 15 days prior to arrival
50% if cancelled 14 - 8 days prior to arrival
100% if cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival
No Shows will be charged for in FULL
Premature departures will be charged for in FULL
Refunds are at the discretion of the Hotel Manager

GENERAL
Please advise reservations in advance of any
restaurant bookings for the day of arrival.
No pets are allowed.
ARRIVAL/ DEPARTURE
Rooms may be occupied from 14H00 on day of arrival.
Rooms must be vacated by 11H00 on the day of departure for the convenience of arriving guests.

Conference facilities are available on request.
