VENUE HIRE INCLUDES

• One single flower vase per table. Larger vases can be sourced at an additional cost.
• Tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery and linen. Additional items will be charged for accordingly.
• THE ALPHEN HOTEL Staff. Any additional Staff required will be charged for accordingly.

BEVERAGES

• THE ALPHEN HOTEL is fully licensed. Please feel free to select wines and other beverages from our list.
• Corkage charged at R30.00 per bottle.
• Beverages can be made available in the form of a cash, limited or open bar.

WEDDINGS

• One nights’ complimentary accommodation, bed and breakfast, as well as a bottle of sparkling wine. This offer is conditional upon booking of at least the Agterkamer and a choice of one of our menus.
• We can assist you with the printing of your GUEST lists and place cards for the main table.
• Our magnificent gardens are freely available for photographs.

GENERAL

• Menu cards will be printed on request.
• Vegetarians can be catered for.
• Kosher and Halaal – outside catering on request.
• As there are GUEST bedrooms near the function rooms, we are unable to offer the facility for dancing and loud music.
• Classical ensembles are welcome in the earlier hours of the evening. Should louder music be required (conditions apply), the entire Manor House must be booked for the function.
• Please be advised that all events are required to end no later than 24h00.
• Should you have specific needs, we will gladly assist in custom designing your perfect event.
• We have an extensive list of suppliers offering a variety of options to make your event memorable.
